1. 报名参加方舟学苑Rancho Cucamonga教室开设的“跟着圣经学英文Follow the Holy Bible to Learn English”课，和方舟学苑的网课有区别吗？

在教学的整体内容上没有太大的区别，但教室课，增加了“吟诗圣乐“，一个具有学员参与的学练内容，有助于学员从诗与歌的欣赏中学习到英文的知识。

2. 报名教室课程的方式有几种选择？

有三种选择：

第一种：从9月20日开始，可以通过电话或Text的方式报名，以此方式提前预定教室课程。因教室招生名额有限，方舟学苑根据学员报名的次序注册学生，额满为止。

第二种：从10月20日开始，可以到教室报名，请预约时间，并确定是否还有教室教学的招生名额。

第三种：从11月1日开始，若教室教学仍有名额，将开放在线报名，通过方舟学苑指定的第三方平台，进行注册及缴学费。

3. 支付学费的方式有几种？

若通过电话或Text的方式报名，可通过Zelle支付学费。若到教室报名，可通过Zelle支付学费，或开支票。

若在线报名，可用信用卡支付。支付总额将是“学费+手续费”

4. 报名后可以取消课程并要求退款吗？

学费和手续费均无退款，但已缴的学费可转换成方舟学苑的在线课程学费或保留到新学季教室教学课程使用。

Question & Answer 1. 在线课程，每季三个月中，每课程可以有多长的时间，授权注册课程的学员观看在线教室中的教学视频？

方舟学苑的每个课程的教学进度设计是一个月的学习内容（一般为4 到5节课），在正常情况下，学员可以选择一门课，并用一个月的时间，学完课程。每季三个月中，方舟学苑会提供三门在线教学课程供学员选择，连续学习。学员可以一个月注册一门课，学成再注册第二门课，第三门课，或同时注册三门课。观看教学视频的时间，是从每课程的注册日开始，至学季结束。每季三个月中，只有前2个月开放注册，以确保在学季结束前，注册第三门课的学员，有一个月的时间，观看视频学习。学员注册的早，观看视频的时间也长。例如：第一天开放学季注册，学员就注册了课程，那么，观看教学视频的时间是3个月。第二个月开始时注册的课程，观看教学视频的时间是2个月。第二个月结束时注册的课程，观看教学视频的时间是1个月。

Question & Answer 1. For online courses, how long do registered students have access to teaching videos in the online classroom during the three-month term?

Each course at Ark Academy is designed to cover one month of study material (typically 4 to 5 lessons). Under normal circumstances, a student can choose a course and complete it within one month. Ark Academy offers three online courses for students to choose from and study sequentially over the three-month term. Students may register for one course at a time—signing up for the second and third courses after completing the previous ones—or they may register for all three courses simultaneously. Access to the teaching videos begins on the date of course registration and lasts until the end of the term. Registration is open only during the first two months of the three-month term; this ensures that students registering for the third course still have a full month to watch the videos and study before the term concludes. The earlier a student registers, the longer their access to the videos. For example, if a student registers on the first day the term opens, they have three months of access to the videos. If they register at the start of the second month, they have two months of access. If they register at the end of the second month, they have one month of access.

2. Can I cancel the online course and request a refund after registering?
